Terms of Service

Welcome to Jump2PT.com (the "Site"). The Site is maintained as a service to our visitors and patients. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Jump2PT.com and any content, features, or services made available on or through the Site.

Jump2PT may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Use of the Site does not create a physical therapist–patient relationship.

If you have questions about a medical condition, seek evaluation and care from a licensed healthcare professional. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Third-Party Services (Scheduling, Payments, and Forms)

The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms (for example, an electronic medical record (EMR) system) that provide online scheduling, payments, intake forms, patient portals, or related services.

Those third-party services are operated by their respective providers, and your use of them is governed by the provider's own terms, privacy practices, and policies—not these Terms. Jump2PT is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

(a) Our Content

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials (collectively, "Content")—is owned by Jump2PT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content without Jump2PT's prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

(b) Limited Personal Use

Jump2PT grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or security
  • Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Site (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law)

Jump2PT may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

5. Disclaimers

(a) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUMP2PT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JUMP2PT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

(b) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUMP2PT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF JUMP2PT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUMP2PT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

6. General Provisions

(a) Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

(b) Arbitration (Binding)

As a condition of using the Site, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy of any kind (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated.

The arbitration will take place in Nevada, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, with limited rights of appeal as permitted by law.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

(c) Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

(d) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

(e) Termination

Jump2PT may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
